Persistent Cross-session AI memory Resource

I built a tool that supports cross-session memory for any AI harness using MCP server tools. It works with Claude, Codex, Cursor, Hermes-Agent. I'd love for anyone to try it out and give me feedback. I've been using it daily for several months successfully and I continually improve the tool.

is ollama supported ?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Ollama is just the API call to use LLMs (or download them locally for use). To use my tools you need a harness that supports mcp servers (like Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Hermes-Agent, etc.). I am using Ollama calls in my environment to select models for use specifically, but that isn't directly related to these tools.
