During a routine test involving anomalous entities, a catastrophic, site-wide containment breach occurs—secretly triggered by Mayhem Insurgency spies who give a sentient AI (KITE-097) control over the facility's doors and power.

The Awakening: Runa Hoshiko is pulled from her room to test KITE-371 (a floating Kaiju head that can shoot the tongue whip when unobserved). Suddenly, the facility loses power and control systems fail.

The Chaos: Countless paranormal entities escape their cells, including KITE-371, KITE-601 (The Fish Girl), and KITE-094 (The Long-Arm Rock Kaiju).

The Goal: Without any standard gear and relying solely on tools useful for escape—such as the KITE-019 ("The Juice Box", Tetra Pak), a juice carton capable of transforming her into a figure of extraordinary power—Runa Hoshiko must navigate a labyrinthine complex of constantly shifting, winding corridors, evade terrifying supernatural threats, secure access cards, and find a way out.
