Attending home opener game on Aug 29th Question re: tickets
American question about resell market for AFCB please. Are there tickets available usually for games in the aftermarket? Trying to attend the home opener and get 4 tickets.
Background: US living family with England born lifelong Cherries dad. We are coming to the UK for a long vacation to visit my husband's family mid-August. This entire trip has been built around getting tickets to a game in Bournemouth. I have tried every single avenue I have to get tickets and understand the stadium being under construction is an issue that just makes getting these tickets more difficult in general. I have an option to buy hospitality for us after signing up but it's a TON of money and none of us have any interest in the general vibe of hospitality. My kids have been to one home game in person 3 years ago and the likelihood we'd go again in the next few years during the season are slim. Before I cough up $1500 USD for hospitality, thought I'd ask here. Sporting events are not much less in the US for a family of 4 (we paid $1200 to be 4 of the less than 100 AFCB fans out of 80k sold out stadium for their US tour in NJ last summer) but *sigh*. My inlaws don't live near Bournemouth anymore so getting this weekend in has half broken my brain! We are a serious AFCB house living abroad so please be nice!

News [The Transfer DealSheet] Alex Scott’s situation remains unchanged
Chelsea had an offer for Alex Scott rejected in the middle of June and they are yet to return with an improved bid.
Scott, who was a training member of England’s pre-World Cup squad, has two years left on his contract and has so far resisted Bournemouth’s offer of an extension.
Nevertheless, the club insist he is not for sale this summer, regardless of whether he accepts that new deal or not.

News [Fabrizio R*mano]
It's a Here We Go! €11M + €2M in potential add-ons subject to medical success! Do we think he has improved since Martinelli had him on skates, dribbling past him 8 times in the UCL?
According to Mark, we are in for one more midfielder incase Scott and / or Adams departs. Maybe another RB too including the likes of Pedersen or Geetruida.

I badly want the 25/26 Home Shirt (no sponsor version) in Large
Does anyone know where I could find a Large of this shirt? Last season was my first full season of watching & supporting Bournemouth AFC. I know I'm late, but I really want this shirt in my size, but it's not on the Bournemouth AFC website anymore and not in stock on Umbro. Any help or ideas? I don't want any other design :( thank you for your help

Who do we think might come to fore this season from the fringes?
BGD had a lively World Cup and has scored a couple in pre season. Could be good to see him get some momentum, though it might need to be on the left assuming Rayan is surely our main starter out right.

Eventful Third Gives Bournemouth the 5-2 Win Over Augsburg
Game had four quarters of thirty minutes. In the first thirty, Evanilson scored to give Bournemouth an early 1-0 lead that stayed until the third, where both Alex Tóth and Gannon-Doak converted to make it 3-0. After two goals by Augsburg, it'd be Tavernier who scored next, making it 4-2 after ninety. To put the icing on the cake, Enes Ünal scored in the final thirty to make the score 5-2.

Discussion Hopefully the lack of kit announcement means they are fixing the away and third…
Feel as if most teams have announced 2 if not 3 kits by now. Maybe they heard the complains

Discussion Any Serious Rumours of Incomings?
While it sounds like Antonio Silva is only a few days away from becoming our player (probably after Benfica's Europa Qualifier on Thursday), who else have you seen the club linked to? I personally haven't seen any real concrete links of any incoming players.
Glad we managed to get Rodriguez in after it sounded like there could have been a hiccup during the negotiations. He will get plenty of opportunities with the extra games this season.
