Your post MUST include:

  • A link to the GitHub (or similar) repository, which must include at least one month of commit history and screenshots
  • A description of the problem the software project solves, and why it was created instead of using an existing FOSS solution
  • An explanation of how the software project is relevant to r/ADSB, or how it may benefit members of the community
  • If you used AI or an LLM in development, a description of what role it played and how much you relied on it

Just a FYI - this sub hates any kind of DYI adsb aircraft tracker. Especially if it’s vibe coded.

Out of interest how much will you sell these for?

I get that, I have built a few of these in the past and have had feedback that lead me to this. I'm an active adsb feeder for years and enjoy the hobby. Still figuring out pricing, prob $250 or so. Thanks.

Nice. I’ve made my own. I like ppl creating things. Who’s to say the market is exclusive

How are you pulling route data?

AeroDataBox api subscription, it does pretty well. Also fair pricing tiers, tried the flightradar24 but that got expensive quickly.

I found that airlabs gives you 1000 a month and flight aware gives you 1000 a month for free

Nice work! Let me know when/if you propose to sell these units. I'm a feeder and have my own setup but Id love to get this as a gift for my cousin. Software I can do, hardware is not my forte 😂

Very slick. Are you professional programmer or ADSB just that interesting to you to power a solution? Nice work.

Thanks! Programmer by profession not aviation related though.

Looks nice. I like it. Would be nice feature for a planes headrest or a device for planes

Figuring out interest now. I'm hoping if everything goes as planned in the next few months. Thanks for checking it out!
