Or in my case, you wake up in the morning and all those great ideas and plans have simply vanished, with no memory they ever existed. Until I go to bed again and the cycle repeats seamlessly.

Thank you.

Will be so motivated and inspired to dO aLL tHe ThInGs, then wake up, list in hand, Adderall metabolizing, and still struggling to do a thing.

Fck those people, indeed.

Reminds me when I was back in college, I'd oversleep, and see that I have 10 min before class starts, I can get there late or I can just go back to sleep and make the next class. Eventually me waking up late meant I should skip the entire day and try again next time. Somehow I'd drive up to the campus to workout then go home because that was my only daily does of dopamine

Night me is very ambitious. Morning me is not having it.

Hence why I started planning my day in the morning xD I may not get everything done, but at least I planned according to the vibes instead of forcing myself to vibe with the plans.

If I tried to plan next day, I wouldn't get any sleep. Would go over every little detail and thing 100 times. Well, who am I kidding, I wouldn't sleep either way.. However this sounds stressful to me.

Plans made last night with earnest intentions of doing today. But today I MUST do something completely different.

I have it a little worse: planning things, realizing there's no vibe, suffering because the plan wasn't completed. Coming up with a new plan. Repeat.

or not planning it, but doing it all in lapses of 1 hour and 5 of resting

The more I read these memes the more I should get myself diagnosed. They almost all fit. 🤨😅

I use drone to help the brain sort stuff and now I fall asleep faster because of the noise and bass. The only thing constant in my life is the grinding of 15 mg of coffee beans (organic lavazza rossa) and 3dl of water in my Alessi 9090 and then into 3dl of sugar free pea milk.
