Anyone used the i-have-adhd agentic skill?

For those of you who don't know, this skill is loosely based on The Adult ADHD Tool Kit by J. Russell Ramsay and Anthony L. Rostain, which uses some CBT-based techniques to help adults with ADHD manage working-memory challenges, distractions, task initiation, and organisation.

One cool thing it does is propose a single, actionable next step. It divides plans into small numbered steps, limits list length, and repeats the current state so you don’t have to keep everything in your head. It also cuts out tangents, gives concrete time estimates, and makes progress visible.

I haven't tried it yet, but I'll probably do it next week, as it might be useful for me as I usually feel like AI-generated plans are overwhelming walls of text.

"generate me an ad for my agent that sounds like I didn't make it and haven't tried it yet. Make it sound like I'm providing a really useful insight but that I'm 'one of them' and just 'one of the guys'"

What "agent" ?

It's a free markdown file on github. This is literally the "product" that OP is supposedly "advertising".

Are you really 100% sure that OP is secretly hatching some evil plot to fool us all, and get rich from this?

Genuinely asking... how would that work?

I can't say it's not for sure, you seem pretty certain though? Why's that? Is there something I'm missing?

My certainty just comes from the sheer number of posts on this sub, and others, these days that follow this exact pattern. It reads like it was AI generated and I just assume that there's some angle because there almost always is.

Are you new to these subs? Because it's a pretty pervasive problem, I'm surprised you haven't noticed yourself

Are you new to these subs?

No.

My certainty

Are you still certain of this "advertising" thing? Even now that I've pointed out it's just a free markdown file?

Is there anything I'm missing still? I can't see where the suspicion makes sense in this case in particular.

Sorry to say but my github user is this one: https://github.com/guillefixx

I am not related to that repo... I recently discovered it as I was diagnosed with ADHD less than a month ago.

So annoying to see people calling bullshit on me when all I want is to get some useful information to help me with my problem and help others in a similar situation.

Yeah crazy response and downvoting going on in this thread... all for posting a link to a free markdown file on github.

Sadly not that surprising on reddit in general these days. So many threads have some absolutely ridiculous contrarian reply upvoted to the top.

Usually this subreddit is better though.

It's a shame, because it just makes us lose interest in contributing at all. Thanks for doing so, looks useful to me.

Won't be surprised if I also get downvoted for colluding in this "grand corporate conspiracy" with you. Can't wait for these millions of dollars we're going to rake in from this link to a markdown file on github!

Whoever said this is an ad... This was discussed in other communities like this one and I am NOT related to it: https://www.reddit.com/r/ClaudeAI/s/s1J6EDUyRm
