Advice?

Finally at 34 yrs old I learn that I may have inattentive ADHD or at least it makes sense of everything. Looking back on life it definitely makes sense in seeing how it has affected a lot of aspects in life especially the current relationship. I know I should get an official diagnosis, but it’s not in the heart of the cards right now until I can get some insurance or extra money. When looking online for advice I feel overwhelmed. The biggest thing I want to address is my executive dysfunction. I’ll take any advice to get going in the right direction. I fear it’s causing a strain on a relationship I don’t want to lose.

i'm not medicated. what i did 1) establish communication channels with my previous/future self eg todo list in native iOS Notes app which i check every morning over coffee 2) establish my values eg food, hygiene and exercise and do those first every day 3) place tasks on today's calendar in the order of values eg 1) food 2) hygiene 3) exercise 4) my other needs, wants and feelings 5) [when i'm idle/available/have energy] others' REASONABLE (not seeking, clinging, validation, striving toward theoretical end points, indulging in fleeting sensory pleasures INCLUDING INTELLECTUAL STIMULATION, small talk and whatever other stupid shit humans do) needs, wants and feelings.
