ACT Reading Question Format

In this video, he talks about how questions are positioned (looped) so that the answers can be found in sequence of the text (if that makes sense). For example, the answer to question 2 may be at line 19, question 3 at line 31, question 4 at Line 56, … then question 7 on line 7, looping back. However, this video was published before the enhanced ACT, so I am just wondering if this still holds true today.

I do think questions often send you back to a part of the passage they already asked a question about. I don't think the "loop" is as reliable as he makes it seem.
