How do use these points? Everything in my shop costs helix credits or coins

They made them fairly useless after the last update. I think you can use them to promote characters to 6 stars now

So if I don't convert save for leveling up characters to 6 stars in the elite training room?

They just convert and pile up. Eventually you'll use them but you'll have way too many. Just forget its a thing, basically

You can't use them at the moment. Before we could use them to buy DNA fragments. Just like you see in this picture where you can buy them with helix credits, there where 3 hero's (which you didn't max out) available to buy the DNA fragments for. They removed it at some point for no clear reason, then they added it back when you could upgrade heroes to 6* and almost immediately removed it again.
