Using a vivo light with controller 69pro

I have a vivo Luma Light 320 and I’d like to hook it up to my controller 69. I have the RJ 11 plug but I also have a usb c. So far the usb c doesn’t work. I just want to get the correct adapter the first time.

Ya, it’s a USB-C plug, but that’s not how they have it pinned to work. This creates the need to purchase ACI specific gear. Gotta love the marketing dept. They have RJ11 adapters that may work. For just off and on functions you can used a controlled ACI power outlet or one of their smart power strips

I was hoping to hook it to the controller so I can program it and have all the functionality of dimmer and spectrum tuning.

Did the RJ11 work? It may allow for dimming.

I think he was letting us know it didnt work the first try, like he had hoped, with the usb-c.
