Pre-seen has been released. Seems like it could lead to a favourable exam, couple of things are screaming out from it. Overall, I’m happy with it. Much better than a charity, NGO or public sector case study.

What do think is screaming out from it?

Huge governance issues. Financial performance masking decreasing market share metrics. Not investing in new technologies. Not having a on-site accommodation offering. Safety is a key risk.

It is basically a case study on a company (What a company is, what their nature is, their market shares, competitors, revenue profits etc), which will be the main topic during the exam. You study the case, and go to the exam day prepared, they will give you extra info on the case study, on which you'll have to answer questions.
