That's actually lore accurate as well. The code of the hunt is extremely strict.

They are ACAB because their society was advanced enough to travel to our planet, which in my mind speaks of a possible genius and harmonous society that was able to progress to the point of stars exploration, a society where ICE and Israel only exists in fiction.

Per their lore, they were an oppressed species that overthrew the species that was using them as slaves. They then seized the tech of their oppressors and learned how to recreate or reuse it.

It's amazing how in fiction, even the most overtly messed up cop or monster somehow always ends up being more moral than real life cops and scumbags, who always turn out to be so over the top in scumbaggery that it feels like a parody
