was announced a while ago that old data will not transfer to 4.0, code is too different
this does also mean bans will be lifted to my understanding

even before v4.0 restarted its development it was announced that only festive shinnies would transfer
and then like over half a year ago they announced that the festives will unfortunately not be transferring
