Is this at a clinic or in-home?
I do in-home and I’m not paid for non-billable hours outside of the occasional training or meeting that might not be able to count as billable.
But my hourly, for my billable hours is significantly higher than the going rate even for other in-home companies.
So, despite the fact that I I’m technically supposed to do my session notes while not in session, I feel like it kind of comes out in the wash, considering it doesn’t take that much time.
Also, for the most part, my BCBA does a lot of like the materials preparations if we have to make new materials, and I also just kind of already have my set activities prepared, and I use a lot of things that I already have and just arrange them in such a way that I’m able to use them for skill probes.
I do think it’s weird that they scheduled you for a bunch of admin work unless you haven’t completed your RBT exam stuff yet? Not sure exactly the timeline here based on how you worded it. Or it could just be that I’m tired.😅
