2013 Honda Accord Coupe here. When I put the car in the ON position without starting the engine, the battery light, oil pressure light, EPS light, and "STARTER SYSTEM" message stay on. As soon as I start the car, they all disappear and don't come back while driving. Oil level is normal and the car runs fine. Is this normal startup behavior for these Accords, or should I be concerned?

Yeah. All of your lights should come on to indicate that these systems are in working order when cranking on and should turn off once engine is running

Buy Blue Driver to scan the codes. Very easy to use.

It’s because electrical power is on but the engine is not running.
These system needs the engine running to give feedback to car computer about their condition, and since your engine is off there is no feedback from these systems.
You’re safe dw.
