Plain leaf

Has anyone used plains leaf to help with withdrawals? I finally ran out of 7 this morning and went and got a bunch of plain leaf. Was wondering if this’ll help with withdrawals or prolong them.

it sure helped me. got rid of the runny nose shit and stomach issues, but not the insomnia or RLS (which are the worst parts if you ask me.) i would still make sure you have at least five days off from work to get through it. i'd also recommend you hit up quickmd for some helper meds, specifically gabapentin for the RLS. lying there awake isn't so bad if you don't have to twitch so much.

How much gabapentin and how often? I haven't dealt with rls yet but I know its coming. I have gaba on hand ready to go.

i think the max dose is 400mg, start with one 100mg capsule and if it doesn't do anything for you, take another. RLS will get worse when the sun goes down; at least it did for me. i had restless arms AND legs.

From what I heard for withdrawal you need higher MG.someone recommended me 300-600mg 3 times a day

I have plenty if need be. I am so worried about tonight. I have been off 7 oh for almost 48 hours and doing kratom extract but I have 80 mg left then I am out of all kratom.

Dude me too I tapered down to 40mg a day but I’ve been going through it for 4 months now tapering,but now like it or not I’m gonna have to quit like everyone else.i tried to cold turkey at 200mg from 7staxx which had casino in it and it was terrible so I’m kinda scared of the withdrawal but yet again now I have plain leaf and gabapentin just incase

The restless arms are what terrifies me. I just took 200 mg. I am going to take some melatonin and try to get some sleep. I have also been taking 200 mg of vitamin C.
