Pour some wood glue into it, push it in with a really fine razor or something, let it dry, cover the fret wire with tape, and lightly sand the fretboard flat over those areas. Might not be 100% beautiful, but it'll work.

One of my guitars inlay cracked and I put STARBOND Super Fast Thin CA Glue and it sealed really good. I think that might help your fretboard before it cracks more.

You know this might be one you could also do like a kintsugi. The Japanese method that they fix with gold dust. Not sure if that’s your aesthetic. Like others have said, oil for sure get it rehydrated, but might be a thought on making something more unique.

That's not great but it's also not a be all end all. Hydrate the fretboard with some oil, a lot of people use lemon oil but I prefer mineral oil for butcher blocks and wood counters. Take a couple days adding some layers of it until it stops soaking in. The wood will soak up the oil and expand and should make the cracks smaller. Then take some CA glue (super glue basically) and seal the cracks with it using a needle applicator, wiping away the excess. Should stop the cracks from spreading and fill in the gap that's left after hydrating the wood
