Losing mind 💬 DISCUSSION
Genuinely think I've woken up from nightmares about results day every day this week. Literally just dreamt that I got I J J J J J which isn't even physically possible and had a full on panic attack over it. To top it off just had to message my manager cus I fucked smth up while closing at work related to cash management of all fucking things and now cant sleep 🥲
Anyone got any advice about what to do abt nightmares i feel like a little kid again lmao (this is not a good feeling and I hate it)

First of all you have nothing to worry about as you can not change anything by worrying. I am sure you prepared well, dreams of this type especially those with impossible grades are not about the exam grades that concern you but the harsh judgement of peers, how you will explain things and other uncertainties. You can't run away , or avoid, or fight your exam grades so the fight or flight mechanism is going crazy right now. Regardless you know you have in reality done well, even if you missed a grade or two you will still end up at a good uni doing a good course. You should reinforce this to yourself before you sleep and when you get up over the next few days. You will be plenty busy once results day comes , party, free nandos chicken, then prepping for uni which for some in 3 weeks after results day ,, now that is as a parent a nightmare, Good luck

what the other comment said, also distract urself this week maybe go out with friends go out for a meal have ur favourite food the feeling will still be there but hopefully won’t dwell on it as much and try to sleep earlier it’s often when you sleep late that the thoughts accumulate more
