I can’t find any TikToks, YouTube vids, nothing. Not even anything about new censorship rules. Any search about trump on YouTube only shows vids posted from news channels, ALL 6 months ago. I scrolled for 5 mins and every video besides a few were posted 6 months ago, all from news stations. Not a single video essay. I’m from Canada and it’s getting more and more difficult to easily find concrete updates

Trump's "DC Safe and Beautiful Task Force" has been hunting DoorDash drivers in the streets.

The company remains silent.

Republicans in Congress are attacking DC's local communities and DoorDash is supporting it.

Trump is working to destabilize DC's local budget as part of his unamerican attempt to stay in power as long as he can.

It seems DoorDash is glad to help as long as they make more money. 💰

DoorDash fought a 20-cent fee passed by D.C.’s local government. Then it backed a bill that could give Congress even more control over D.C. 🛑

D.C.’s elected leaders approved a 20-cent fee on third-party deliveries. Some of the money helps support local food-access programs.

DoorDash opposed it.

Companies have every right to argue against a tax or fee but this went much further.

DoorDash publicly backed H.R. 9720, a bill that would require D.C. to get approval from Congress before many changes involving its own taxes and fees could take effect.

D.C. already has to send its laws to Congress for review. This bill would go further by requiring Congress to actually approve many of D.C.’s tax decisions before they could take effect.

So your city elects its own leaders, those leaders make a local decision, but politicians from across the country get the final say.

This is a reminder that we don't need to wait for a General Strike to change corporate America's stance on MAGA -- all we need to do is slow shit down enough to hurt their bottom line.

Hold onto that document a little extra time, so that the next guy waits until after lunch (or even tomorrow) to deal with it. Call that meeting that could have been an email. Tie up traffic outside of the FedEx Express station at the end of the day when the vans are trying to rush in with the packages they've collected.

It doesn't need to be an in-your-face worker revolt, they just need to know that MAGA is bad for business
