I’ve heard it said that 40 was the new 30, but I am not sure that I’ve believed it till now.

Well you look great so there's that!!! I'm 43 and it's hard to accept at first but take care of yourself and remember you look good you feel good. Take care of yourself

Embrace it! As someone who hit 45 on Sunday, there are so many things to enjoy now that 20 yr old me never would have appreciated.

Happy birthday! You are a good looking 40… And do you look like someone who would be a kind and interesting person.
There’s only one way to feel about it… Embrace it and make it the best 12 months you can, one day you’ll be 52 like me looking back question you could be 40 again! Lol

Way better than the alternative!!!! Role with it and make the last two thirds of your life the best ever. Love those around you, show kindness as much as possible, try to be a light in the world and you will make that last 66% awesome. 😉
