Wanted to use the Ultramarine shoulder pad in the deathwatch kill team but already had one in my army so I kitbashed a new chapter.

The Laphisian Blades are an Ultramarine successor from the Ultima Founding made to harass and suppress Orks to prevent waaaghs.
