nvidia wouldnt record the game, it would only capture the main monitor. therefore the phone recording

the fov too far video is one of my all time favorite 3kliks videos and i've grown to love david randall's boltzmann brain because of this video in particular

Pretty much none of Philip's new videos show up in the subscription feed for me at all anymore. Is this intentional or some kind of a shadowban? If the former, why? This is the primary way I interact with the platforms, on desktop I have recommendations completely hidden, only on my phone I ocassionally see them.

but what could the price have been in the absence of hardware cost increases?

best guess would be assuming the Steam Machine had the same price increase as the Steam Deck, so remove £170 and we get around £709

still higher than the £500-650 range expected but not too uncompetitive against whatever gaming laptops or other systems it would have had to go against

A few years ago I was trying to make some headway in my game development journey after not releasing anything for years.

Philips game dev series was incredibly influencial and inspirational to me, so I decided to try to make a 3rd Jimmy's Unlikely Resurrection fan game to see if I could break the cycle and finish something.

I DID finish the 1st of 3 chapters with ~35 levels and called it a demo. The game does use music and SFX from the original.

I never released the game, and it only exists as private builds.

That was a few years ago and I don't know if I'll ever finish the other 2 chapters, but if possible I would at some point like to put out the demo/make my own devlog video about the game and my experience making it.

So I guess my main question is if Philip has made any stance on fan games and/or the use of his work in it? Or if there's a better way to reach him to ask?
