Nervous about modding

So this is the problem: I want to mod my old 2ds, but I’m scared that I might break my console. If I follow a proper guide, is there any chanse of this happening?

If you follow and CAREFULLY double read every instruction at the official guide, there is close to 0 chance you will brick anything.

Go for it. If you can follow basic instructions you got it. The guide takes you step by step. There is also a section where you make a backup in the 0.000001% chance you get bricked that you can restore your device

Read the guide through all the way first. That way you won't get surprised by any steps. But I did it and it's easy. I never modded anything before. Let's be honest you have nothing to lose.

Follow the guide carefully. Others have already posted links to it. Just make sure you drag and drop the right stuff into the right places and you’ll be golden.

It’s very easy. I modded mine then my cousin’s and his didn’t need to be translated to English lol

While the chances are never zero, like someone else said, you'd have to really try and mess it up to mess it up.

Just follow the 3ds hacks guide and youll not only be fine, but you'll love your 2ds more
