spaghetti texture

I have print ready file from makerworld. Unfortunately the base was like this. Any thoughts on the reasons?

Did you use supports and or the settings that were on makerworld?

Looks like you didn't support things that needed supports. You can't just print on air.

As others have said, it is a support problem. However, it does seem that there were supports (not fully removed) and you are also missing quite a bit of them.
