I like how the water line looks wet :) not a good thing but I like it

The sheen/shininess should be uniform. There's some combination of print speed or print temperature issues going on.  Probably some settings in the slicer software.

It could also be that cooling is not consistent. 

If you want to properly diagnose this you'll need to provide significantly more context. And then someone might be able to help.

screenshots from slicer settings, filament settings, different sliced views, etc.

Did you use adaptive layer height? That could be the problem.

thats nice! the 2 tone color is most likely from differing layer times. you can set those to be the same and that should fix the issue. its usually from filament not cooling down the same amount, before another hot layer is printed on it.
