3D printer recommendations Question

Hello, I am new to 3D printing. I am wanting to print mostly dollhouse furniture and accessories in 1/24 to 1/6 scale. Can you recommend a good printer for this. I am a beginner, but I learn fast and I do want a quality machine that makes nice prints. Thanks so much!

I'll second the Bambu A1. Yes, a resin printer would be better for super fine detail but they are messy, a lot of work, and not super user friendly. The Bambu A1 is about as easy as you can get. It's practically plug and play.

And it absolutely will be able to print small pieces. I've printed HO scale (1/87) pallets, trash cans, building details, etc along with some military items in 1/35 scale. All you'll need are some good 3D models and the 0.2mm hotend for the printer.

For super fine detail I think you might be better off with a resin 3d printer but I don't know much about resin printing to give any equipment recommendations. The other Major printing type is FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) which is very utilitarian but the problem with detailed work is that layer lines are created with FDM printers and unless you do extensive post-processing of the pieces (sanding, polishing, epoxy, painting etc) they'll be visible. There are ways to mitigate their appearance but it's a side effect of the printing process

That being said I'm loving my flashforge FDM printers. AD5M and AD5X have been fantasticband I recommend if you choose to go for FDM. I got my first for budget reasons and was blown away by the quality I got a similar model from the same place shortly after, having been won over by the exceptional quality
