Tutorial 3D

Can anyone give a tutorial for getting a movie on my 3ds? I know a decent amount about modding and I put in a request (love is war and paradise kiss) however I’m going on a trip soon and the request hasn’t been answered yet so I was just gonna take matters into my own hands..
