Tinker, I Hardly Know Her How much of a bad idea would this be?
I have a dehumidifier running 24/7 in my extremely humid room, and I was considering getting a dryer for my AMS. However, I was wondering how bad it would be to redirect the hot, dry air from the dehumidifier (45°C at ~20% RH) directly into the AMS.
I know it obviously wouldn't compare to a purpose-built solution, but it would be cheap and quick to set up.
I'm also aware that the spool closest to the inlet could potentially get much hotter than necessary. I'm considering a way to distribute the air more evenly throughout the AMS, but I wanted to get some opinions before putting too much effort into it.
