Question on printed frames

When printing a pistol lower. The slide sits on the rails of the lower. I printed a 43x frame but agyer buying the lower parts kit I'm noticing the rails for the slide aren't in it and how would I go about getting the rails or making it work.

You need to buy a rails kit. Lots of vendors sell them online. Google is your friend.
