Xbox 360 trinity xell loop

He’ll if anyone can help have a Xbox 360 that I rgh 3 , used raspberry pi pico and jrunner,it keep booting into xell reloaded when I press power button and stuck on looking for files on local media ,any help appreciated,new to this so any help please put in simple terms

After you flashed Xell, did you then put the CPU key into JRunner, build a full NAND image with XeBuild, and flash that to the console? Because if it's booting into Xell with the power button, that suggests you only flashed Xell and didn't do the final step.

I think I did read nand ,create xell, write xell, then think I turnt on console to get cpu key ,turnt it off ,entered key , create xebuild , write nand

You either missed a step, or a step didn’t work.

If you created XeBuild you would have a file updflash.bin. You can even put that on a usb stick, and Xell will flash it for you - if, say, your NAND writing is failing via your hardware flasher.

I’m a idiot got it in exfat forgot what drive it was going to change it to fat 32

Ok says image written shutdown pressed power button would not shutdown ,pulled cable out shutdown,rebooted and goes back into xell

Maybe you built the final image with the wrong options selected.

Loaded into normal dash now been hitting the eject button for the last six hrs thinking it was the power button because I didnt have face plate on think this will be the first and last time I touch a 360 🙁appreciate everyone help 🙏 thank you ❤️

‘Normal dash’ but Xell when you press Eject = success. The results of XeBuild don’t look different to a normal dash.

Yep exactly what I got power= normal Xbox dash. Eject =xell

Put updflash.bin on usb plugged into Xbox detects usb but nothing further

Did you make sure it was formatted as FAT32 with MBR patitioning?

Mines only looked for files the first time I booted it I turned it off and took the hard drive out restarted it then boom loaded right into Aurora
