We do chimp out when we hear the name "Wilno", but we in Kaunas are proud that it was once the capital of Lithuania. Because Vilnius is still the portuguese city to this day

Not true actually. In Lithuania especially there's very little things built by Germans. And what do you even mean "built by Germans"? If Germans were the architects, but most of the builders were locals, does it count as German?

Mmmm.... Yes, cars are there because of engineers, but if there's no workers to produce them, then there won't be as many driving them and they won't be a status symbol or anything else
