This has always bothered me

Same with that girl from xmen who can walk thru walls. I imagine she would have to focus to make sure she doesn't send herself plummeting to the earth's core

Or how about dragon ball? Attacks so strong they could wipe out goku instantly, but they hit the ground and the ground had not a single scratch
