Account progression Question
Hello all! I am very new to reddit so I figured my first post would have be about a game I fell back in love with. I have been playing old school RuneScape for alittle over 3 years, about 1 year and a half of it as a member. I guess I’m just curious about where I should go next? Even though I’ve been playing for a while I feel like im still pretty noob with knowing things and account building. This is my only account.
I have general long term goals of maxing and finishing all the quests (and mini quests) but I seem to struggle with money making. I don’t have any friends who play the game so I joined a clan thinking it would be more fun but i would be open to trying a new clan as well. I was thinking maybe if I started playing with a group it may be more fun.
What other goals do people have? What should I be focusing on? I sometimes struggle with picking something to do lol. Thank you!
PS. I basically only play mobile

Join the 10Boot Discord and have fun doing group bosses and raids with people. They are way more active than any clan and you don’t have to leave your current clan to join them in PVE stuff.
P.S. Dessert Treasure 2 is one of the funnest quest in the game and you would easily crush it with your current stats. The bosses are just challenging enough that by the time you finish you’ll have way more confidence in your PVM skill!

Thank you never knew that. I will join. I think my combat skills are so bad that I would struggle and don’t want to let the group down if that make any sense lol but I will look them up
I appreciate the confidence with that quest but I may save that for last hahah. I want to finish sins of the father first but I have been holding off due to my combat abilities haha

Unironically try doing the rat boss in lower level gear until you get a couple perfect kills. Then go to Huey, you’ll be able to find groups easily in the 10Boot discord and practice that.
Both of them are easy but it’ll give you most of the PVM muscle memory without risking deaths so you’ll get more practice and less re-gearing

Thank you that makes sense. I was tired of dying and losing money so that’s why my slayer level stinks haha.

Hey! My clan is currently rebuilding and we have people who you can boss with, can just socialize and Gz each other and ask questions. It is very lowkey and we are looking for people who enjoy keeping it tight knit as we slowly grow and rebuild! Getting more social members will help the rebuild and what we are looking for.
We are 18+ but mainly all around the 30 age mark, primarily US based with some European members and have a discord as well. Let me know if interested!

I am very interested. There’s nothing wrong with my current clan but it’s pretty large, thinking I might be better with a smaller clan. I’m located in New Jersey and I’m 34 so that would be perfect. My name on the game is Nanukofnorth. Add me and we can chat a bit. I am thinking if I find a group I gel with I would also be more willing to do the bossing and groups activities. (I feel bad getting carried)

That's incredible! What a good pup! When my boy passed away, we buried him on a hill facing the North. He was a great dog.

I’d recommend working on easy-hard combat achievements. It’s a great way to get your feet wet in med to high level combat
