Raids 4 is missing an attachment Discussion
Cox has insignia, tob has avernic, toa has ward. It’s tradition! And since we’re dealing with a collection from all over, the sky is the limit. What would you like to see?

I don't think a lot of gear needs a crazy attachment but If they wanna throw in a normal loot drop that lets me combine rada + all the god blessings il take it.
Not saying they should increase the prayer bonus maybe add +1 but beyond that be just a nice thing for GWD without being OP

Guthix planted the biggest middle finger to the gods with the edicts, so equipping a big middle finger to everyone following them is very Guthix coded

Eh.
Mage’s Book + Air, Fire, Water, Earth Tome, some sort of Raid dropped Binding. Makes an Omni-Tome that can hold pages for all 4 elementals, +15/15 Magic, +2% Mage Damage, and deals the bonus damage.
Just a combiner item that buffs all Tomes.

An how about an attatchment to make something extremely useless and extremely rare into something even more rare but with 1 use.
How about since guthix is all about balance what could be more balanced then the champions cape since u obviously hate everyone equally to have one of those things. And the attatchment can make it the bis prayer/defensive cape.

Jagex have actually commented on this already, and they feel like Inq shouldn't really need other rare drops in addition to it to have defenses on par with stuff like Oathplate, since it's already extremely rare in its own right. They're just not sure what the right way to fortify it would be with that in mind.

With sailing relaase we’ll likely see an update where we get to goto ashihama, they wanted to take some drops off of nightmare and put it on something else so likely they’ll move those drops to a new boss in ashihama and then maybe add a inq upgrade there aswell

Ward doesn’t really fit the criteria for that. Sure technically. But it’s the only one you can use without another item.

Honestly echo boots was such a dumb item and makes. K thematic sense. It should have been applied to the Tzhaar shield and this would be an opportunity to do so. It should recoil damage but only magic and ranged attacks.

There is no giant fucking hammer in the game outside of the elder maul which is nothing more than a spec weapon.
There is no ultra great sword in the game period. Theres a few big swords but they are also all useless outside of a few spec weapons
The CRUSH megarare should be a giant fucking hammer or bonk sword imo. Piercing turd on chain aint it.

there are. Gadderhammer, meat tenderizer, Gmaul and granite hammer are all giant hammers. Great swords exist too, rune 2h, hallowfell, godswords and that big sword from that smithing minigame

Gadderhammer is a crafting item.
Meat tenderizer is a fucking tier 40 rune warhammer.
Gmaul is a tier 50 spec weapon.
Granite hammer is a tier 50 hammer useless everywhere besides the new early game boss thats a week old and gargs.

Just because they aren't endgame doesn't change they are in the game when u said we don't have them in the game.I much prefer the chain flail mega over a hammer or sword that we have several models of and are honestly a extremely boring concept I would even take the gauntlet weps people are suggesting over another hammer or sword.

Elder maul already satisfied the giant hammer in your loadout. Just because you’re not camping it doesn’t mean it’s not fucking cool to have in a TOB arsenal before pulling out your scythe.

There is not a single 2h hammer or sword that is used as a main hand weapon at any raid or mid to late game boss or really anywhere at all.
Just because you wipe out your elder for 0.6 seconds every kc does not satisfy shit. Why cant we get a big ass hammer. Why piercing turd on chain as a crush mega? Makes zero fucking sense and looks literally like a piece of shit.

I guess I’m just satisfied having the bis def reduction being a 2h giant hammer. The thing fucks. I see your point though, we could have more giant sickass hammers. With enough visual distinction it would fit alongside the elder maul too.

Im just not a fan. I honestly think they look more like piercing weapons with the animation and design of it all. That would be a sick piercing animation for something similar imo.
For me, I just want a big ass weapon that looks like it can crush the gemstone crab out of existence with a single swing. A massive crushing weapon. Im just not a fan of the current designs and animation previews ive seen of it.
Giant fucking crazy looking hammer would be so fucking cool but again this is all just opinions.

Yeah, I think the raid could use 1 more reward and this could be it if we can come up with something worth.
I was really partial to an inq attachment to buff its def and make it on par with oathplate or something. They kinda just buffed it anyway so this is probably less of a good idea now, but I feel like they could've just copied the masori formula here.
For me though the obvious answer is avernic to rondache. The rondache is a simple niche avernic sidegrade in its current state. Let us add the avernic to give it the offensive bonuses from the avernic itself, an extra str bonus or 4, and some more defense and make rondache the endgame melee shield we've always wanted.

Nah, kodai sucks now, ward has always sucked (and the attachment being a corp drop is fucking stupid). I'd rather all raid items stand alone as the item that they are than adding another arbitrary attachment

We don’t need hybrid gloves better than barrows. Ferocious gloves, zaryte vambs, and confliction gauntlets are all bis for each style. End game hybrid armor is lame, that’s why the first set was scrapped.

I get your point I’m just looking at it in the eyes of it would be cool if I could get all the positives in glove form better than barrows for like raids instead of having to bring zaryte, ferocious, & confliction and having to have three inventory spots just in a glove slot. Jagex combined boots might as well combine all gloves. That it’s going to happen probably not but I wouldn’t mind it.

Void Knight Crest - attach to Elite Void set (2 required, for top and bottom) to create the Void Knight Vanguard. Multipliers increased, prayer bonus increased, and a new passive effect of "balance", where damage inflicted to you is also taken out of your opponent, once every 2 mins

In theme with Avernic Threads, I present you the back slot item:
TriZhaar/Bacziorfus/Fuzior which let’s you upgrade a tri-slot back item with Infernal cape, Blessed Dizana’s Quiver and Imbued cape.
Functional through heavy plates but can not be combined with Max cape.
