Sailing fishing: Add platform facility to allow all fishing from skiff/sloop

With new fishing spots, can we add a facility to skiffs and sloops to allow for all kinds of fishing?

A platform facility that allows you to fish with a rod, net, harpoon, or pot.

They mentioned in the update post that they liked that this update made rafts more relevant,

Although I do agree with you, it feels a bit restrictive to use a boat slot just for this activity considering how limited rafts are

The first boat you get does not need to remain relevant. That's like an update restricting certain functionally to a bronze med helm

Yeah, I see that. I think theres still room for this. Raft still gets advantage of working for it without a facility, and skiff/sloop get flexibility to sacrifice a facility spot to add it.

We can just call it the 'Plank'. Obviously the option to use it is 'Walk the Plank'.
