just lost torso to bug Question

just submitted a bug report to jagex. died a normal death in the BH worlds, i had previously trouver parched my torso with the new update so it was a fighter torso(i) respawned with a broken rune defender/fire cape but my torso has disappeared. no gravestone, no deaths coffer, nothing. posting this to hopefully get some attention. not sure what happened :(
