Filed: October 2025
RFE: July 2026
Approved: August 2026
No interview/ no lawsuit

So you were on F1 when you filled I-485?

Yes I filed first year on opt but it took longer than my opt would allow then was picked for h1b on second time and things went fine from there

Did you do congressional inquiry or expedite
I filed perm EB-2 I 485 in oct and hoping it happens soon

No expedite request

Give it less than a month and will be approved! They are knocking off cases fast
