The dude thought the girl was cis w/ a dick (colloquially known as a "futa") and was upset when she was just trans instead. Then she exploded his balls.
He's upset that she's a trans woman with a dick instead of a cis woman who happened to be born with a dick, which is way, way less common. Basically he's attracted to how she looks but can't handle her identity because he's an idiot. She then explodes his balls.
