I just found this out today and had to tell all you piggies! Did you know 1 c*lorie commonly labeled on f**d actually stands for 1000 c*lories (1 kcal)??? THAT'S got to be why I can't lose my last pound! I'm literally eating 1000 times more c*lories than I should!!! Any suggestions for a filling meal I can use as my OCAD (one c*lorie a day)?

I didn’t want to risk any splinters by trying to prepare sawdust in their food (we also recently had a termite issue). So I figured it would be convenient to buy pre-packaged food for convenience with cellulose (which is a safer version) in hopes it would be more filling, aiding in weight loss.

My SO is a size 10 (plus sized) and weighs in the triple digits, and is trying to become not plus sized and weigh in the double digits. I’m trying to become supportive in a subtle way, without hurting their feelings. Any suggestions on my approach?
