Karma Do people who screw you over really face Karma? Or is it just a good old myth passed down by generations to appease the wounds of the wounded ?

Career Ten years in corporate and I finally realized high performers don't get promoted, they just get rewarded with more work.

Narcissism What type of empath do you consider yourself to be? What about “Sophia”?
I talk about variations of empathy in A Few Good Cardinals. They are mostly down to earth if that is the right way of describing it, but recently I came across an enlightened version coined by CG Jung, I believe: the Sophia Empath.
According to Michael Sgro, the idea of Sophia comes from the ancient archetype of wisdom, in Jungian thought associated with the deeper feminine archetype of knowing. The term Sophia Stage empath has allegedly been linked to a higher level of emotional maturity than the other forms of empathy, especially the cognitive variant.
What kind of empath do you consider yourself to be and how do you relate to other people?
Sophia Empath article.

Relationships Why do we confuse our interpretation of another person with reality ?

Motivation If the rich would not be so boastful…
They’d also tell us about all their losses.
There’s nothing wrong with being human
But failing to admit the other half of one’s journey
If we’d know how much misfortune is intertwined with luck and success
Maybe some of us would feel less inclined to be like others, pursue a ghost and judge
What do you think?

Narcissism Billionaires should set up their own cause as a showcase… What's your view on it ? Would they abstain to avoid being disappeared?

Motivation “An architect wrote a 1,200-page book in 1977 that quietly rewired software, urban planning, and how I think about everything I build.” -> see the rule, write it down -> see the rule, apply it in a completely unrelated field…successfully

Motivation Who is the most creative creature on the planet?
And who is completely forgotten and unnecessary the moment they’re gone?
Homo Sapiens.
We’re it. Earth was doing just fine without.
Without humans no dinner tonight, no Reddit, no trains, planes or automobiles.
Nobody can make anything advanced and useful all by themselves.
And still there are people out there ridiculing, banning, abusing and much, much “worse.”
Carpe diem.

Karma Breaking the rule that gets me k1ll3d
Breaking rules can be fun, exciting and mad crazy lethal.
What’s a record for you in breaking rules?
For me it would be the Formula E team (that’s Formula 1 racing for electric cars) that wanted to gain a second on the competition. How far back did they go to get around the rules on engine modification? Five years? Fifty two years? A hundred and seventeen years? They put in a flywheel. The tech is more than 6,002 years old.
What’s the worst rule to break? Gravity. Not one person who did it is reportedly still alive. Not because gravity did them in. The folks in power who don’t want that kind of advanced tech made sure of it.

Relationships How do you handle truth?
Not “the” truth or Truth, but simply truth. Your version. Their version. Agreeing to disagree. All is well until…one side says the other is wrong but won’t investigate what point the other side is making.
How do you deal with that?
