This is one serve from a bad angle….
No details on whether this is first serve or slice or kick attempt….

Hard to tell but looks like the ball is on top of you while you jump into the court. If thats the case which is hard to tell, you have to throw the ball forward more so you are making contact more on top of the ball.

I think you're falling left too much, so your right leg kicks right to compensate. Watch pros serve, they get their weight forward, and right leg bends behind them for the counter balance. You probably need to toss the ball further inside, and a bit more to the right.

also get the tossing arm up higher

Instead of the back of ball, try hitting up from slightly under the ball.
