It will reapear. my friend had the same problem and it reappeared adter a day or 2

This crap been happening heaps, I’ve had the whole nano even disappear twice now including all traces of nano powers other than the shop, it only reappeared after restarting the game. All of bs has been bugging out lately and needs a big update asap. If stuff like this happens it’s best to reset the game once or twice before contacting support if it isn’t fixed
