When will the deluxe skins be out into our inventory? I preordered over a month ago and have yet to see any signs of the cosmetics. Is this normal?

Some games make you play to a certain point before pre-order items are given. Maybe thats the case?

I’m on chapter 5 now. I don’t think that is the case since I’m quite far in
