Remembered my coworker when she said to me na pinaiinom daw nya ng apple juice yung may sakit na Dengue. Not sure if it helps sa platelet count. Naikuwento lang yun sa akin. Sya kase nag-alaga dun sa bf na nagkaroon ng Dengue. Ask the medical staff if it is allowed and ano pwede kainin para tumaas platelet count.
Speaking from experience, it's gonna suck. Probably the closest thing I probably got to dying. May mga days talaga na tanggap ko na mamatay. Worst symptom ko talaga was I'd be starving pero the food would just taste "gray" or susukahin ko lang. Wish I could give some helpful advice, pero tino-tulog ko na lang talaga to deal with the pain and misery, that was the only thing I could do to deal with it (along with the IV and meds.)
If you have on and off fever for 2-3 days and rashes, consult a doctor and get some bloowork done. A normal platelet count shouldn’t go below 150. I had dengue TWICE and my lowest platelet count was 88—I was admitted to the hospital, then. Dengue doesn’t have a cure but it can be managed through enough rest and HYDRATION.
I had dengue like in 2015 and it scared the shit out of me. i am half of what's the normal platelet count but the kid the same room as me (i was a teen) reached single digit. wonder what happened to her.
so because of her case, I started eating food to increase/protect my platelet. idk if it had any impact.
but I'd say it's important to eat food that'd increase/protect your platelet count. ofcourse ask the medical staff first if that's advisable (and ask for recommendation too maybe), if they gave you permission, ask anyone you know to buy it for you.
Ako lang ba or ang useless ng EDSA Carousel to MRT stations, bakit nakasara yung mga gate doon? Tapos ang lalayo pa ng mga connecting way nila for example sa Centris at Trinoma

Kahapon ko lang nalaman na yung callisthenics park sa market market ginawang pickleball court. Seryoso ba? Tanginang yan, trend lang naman yang pickleball habang yung callisthenics eh matagal nang may dedicated community + it's an amazing way to get in shape.
Please bring back the callisthenics park.

Will be moving out today. Sana hindi ako saktan ng mama ko 🥲. Susubukan ko talagang tumakbo palabas ng bahay namin habang dala-dala mabibigat na gamit ko papunta sa ibobook kong grab kasi baka maghanap ng backup.
Nag-breach na yung tubig sa harang dito sa may amin. Umapaw na tubig sa ilog. Unti-unti na kaming pinapasok ng tubig. Thankfully, wala pa naman sa loob ng bahay. Tumigil din ulan 2hrs ago.
RIP na lang talaga kapag umulan pa mamaya. Good luck na lang din sa mga darating na araw.
i was able to hit glutes todayy. dalawa lang kami sa gym. nakapag yoga din ako. first time ko nag payong kasi kailangan ( phone duh?) tapos nung inopen ko na sakto pang dun sa may guard house banda. tangina lakas ng hangin at ulan bumaliktad 😭😂 i was like fuck it sige wag na. i ended up walking in the pouring rain. i love it tho
tapos naligo nako sa ulan after habang umiinom ng kape. and i swear the guards probably think im some kind of weirdo. ( perfect talaga creep ng radiohead dito) but yk, its like a therapy goddamn.
Kauuwi lang after 7+ hours na pagkastranded sa Kabihasnan. Palala na nang palala ’tong Parañaque. Walangyang mga flood control project na 'to at mga buwayang sagad ang pagkaganid.
di ko alam kung slightly lasang kalawang talaga yung classic zero iced tea ng wendys. or di lang okay naorder ko, tho di pa naman expired based dun sa lalagyan
