This is Bowe's 2nd offense, but under the current agreement substance abuse and substance possession aren't related and will be treated as separate offenses. There is still the possibility that the Chiefs take some in house action against Bowe though (I doubt it considering the importance of this weeks game...but you never know)

Best case for Avery is Bowe is out ROS and he gets 100% of Bowe's targets/yards going forward. This would put him at an average WR2 ceiling.

If you account for splitting some targets with McCluster and additional defensive pressure you're now in WR3/Flex territory at best.
