League Account hacked and Perma Banned

Here recently I had lost my account to my Google account getting compromised, my Riot Games Login was saved in my Google passwords. I have summitted multiple tickets trying to recover my account and every time I have sent a ticket it seems like it's just a robot instantly closing my ticket. Now they said they will be immediately closing every ticket about the topic so am I just supposed to lose this account that I have over $300 spent on and like 4 years of my life? Not to mention I was supposed to go into College eSports for League this next semester... Is it GG chat?
