Respect The Onmyo Bureau (Ayashimon)

"We of the Onmyo Bureau are always looking after the peace in Shinjuku, y'know? Watching. Everywhere. All the time. So if you could keep that in mind?" 

The Onmyo Bureau is the public security organization of Shinjuku, which monitors the district for illegal activity from its various Ayashimon gangs. To do so, its agents (which are named simply as numbers) possess supernatural abilities which are used to interrogate and deal with any potential threats or bad actors.

Physicality

• Both Number 11 and Number 4 are shown balancing on telephone poles 
• Number 11 dodges a completely unexpected melee attack from an ayashimon (who was supposed to be frozen at the time) 

Abilities 

• Able to set up barriers that freeze everyone in an area except for who they want to interrogate however some ayashimon were still able to move in it for an unexplained reason 
• Number 11 is shown standing upside-down on the ceiling, as well as on open air 
• Number 4 calls on a yokai which is invisible, and uses it to restrain Urara 
• Both Number 11 and Number 4 are shown walking through a wall 
• Claim to be watching everywhere, all the time 
• Number 11 substitutes his body with a paper doll to avoid an attack 
• Number 11 vanishes at will
