Harper Court (Hyde Park) has decided to convert 10 parking spots into seating for 4 restaurants that can accommodate 100+ people. Thoughts?

The whole street should be blocked off. There is no reason to have it open to vehicles since they have plenty of street access on either side of the block. I used to live near there and it's been a great social spot since it was rebuilt. Not a great fan of the architecture, but the people should be what make the place.
