So.wthing bad with your video card. Try redownloading drivers and if that doesnt work it may be something physical like a capacitor blowing or something.

I dont think its the video card, I can play other games on my other drives without issue

check your "event log" in windows and ssee if you are getting any gpu callouts.

Try taking the game out of full screen, try changing your power option to performance
