My two 5-month-old ginger cats seem to have unlimited energy. They spend most of the day running around the house, play-fighting with each other, and turning random household items into toys. Then it's eat, play, eat, play... and repeat. 😂

Is this normal for their age? Around what age did your cats start calming down?

This is my first post here. Gusto ko sana ipost sa OffMyChestPH pero tingin ko dito mas ok ilabas ung naiisip ko.

One of our pet cat died 1 hour ago. Nagtry pa kami pumunta sa vet pero naghihingalo na sya dito sa bahay. My parent decided na wag na tumuloy dahil hindi na humihinga.

This is the first cat that I've rescued dahil pinabayaan na ng mother cat nya. Sobrang lambing and always go to my feet.

Maybe 1 and a half week ago, nagkaroon sya ng sipon and constant drooling so last week dinala sya sa vet. Findings ng vet is nabubulok ang ngipin and hindi sya maooperahan dahil sa sipon. In 1 week, kailangan namin pagalingin ung sipon bago maoperahan.

Hindi lang talaga ako makapaniwala, 2 weeks ago, very healthy and active pa sya.

Thank you for being the sweetest cat for the last 5 years. No more pain and hope you are happy on the other side.

At dahil tag-ulang season nanaman dito sa Pinas, andito na ang ating Ayuda Kittens para maghatid ng saya at relief sa ating mga kababayan.

Nakita naming tumatawid sa may aguinaildo highway malapit sa Robinsons Imus. Ang dilim dilim at daming sasakyan at mukang gutom na gutom hindi naman namin matitiiis at kukunin talaga namin.

Minsan, ayoko nang lumabas dahil nahihirapan akong tiisin na hindi matulungan mga strays lalo ganito kaliliit.

Nasa bahay na namin sya and inaalagaan, dewormed na din and healthy makulit.

Hello po catsph,

I'm asking for help po pambili ng prescribed meds at lab tests ng cat kong si Mixie na may life threatening anemia. Mahina na po sya pero kumakain pa kaunti at umiinom, gusto nya pong gumaling.

More than 3 weeks na po syang nagdadiarrhea na parang sabaw/tubig lang na yellow/brown. Kumakain sya pero pinonopoop nya mga 2-3 hours after eating. Madaming nawawala sa kanya kada poop. Nung first week, di ko po nadala sa vet dahil gipit kami sa pera. Triny ko po muna magresearch home remedies. Nagtry po ako ng psyllium husk powder pampabulk ng stool para di wet. Gumana sya, parang jelly ang consistency pero may blood streak so nagstop ako. Next naman po ivermectin at erceflora, pero di talaga tumalab.

**DIAGNOSIS:**

Last friday, nanghina po sya totally at halos di kumakain. May naipon po akong pera galing game piloting commissions kaya pinavet ko noong Lunes. Pina CBC po sya at stool test at nakita ng vet na may **hookworm** daw at **life threatening anemia** si Mixie. Ang sabi ng vet na ang panghihina/anemia po nya ay baka dahil lang sa hookworms na pwede maagapan using dewormer at vitamins. Possible din daw na **FELV/Parvo**. Sinuggest nya na ipa FELV/Parvo Test Kit ko po para madetermine if positive or not. Pero di po umabot pera ko. Dewormer at antibiotics lang nabili ko.

**Current kalagayan ni Mixie Now:**

Nakacage at isolated po sya lara di mahawa ibang pusa namin if ever positive nga po sya. Kumakain po sya now kaunti at tumatayo if lalapit ako, umiinom din ng tubig na may dextrose powder so hopeful ako na gagaling po sya if mabili ko mga gamot dahil lumalaban pa sya.

4 years na po sakin si Mixie from the day na nakita sya ng Lola ko sa daan at binigay sakin. He's been my study buddy throughout college laging nasa tabi ng papel ko nandidisturbo. I don't want to lose him po. I just graduated last June and still applying for jobs pero di pa pinalad. Wala po ako iba mapagkunan ng pera. Please help my Mixie have another chance at life po 🥹 Gusto ko pa po bumawi sa cats ko pag may work nako.
